Shipping & returns

Every print is made to order, then sent straight to you. Here is how that works and what happens if something goes wrong.

Where and how much

Shipping is free on every order in the United States, for any size and any number of prints. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Right now I ship within the US only. If you're elsewhere and would like a print, get in touch.

How long it takes

Prints are printed on demand, so there is nothing on a shelf. Plan on about 4 to 6 business days from the moment you order to the day it arrives, printing included. Busy periods can add a few days. When your print ships you'll get an email with a tracking link.

How it's packed

• Up to 8 × 12 inches ship flat.
• Larger prints ship rolled in a sturdy tube. When it arrives, unroll it on a clean flat surface and weigh the corners for a day. It will relax on its own.

Prints are on museum-quality matte paper and sold unframed, so you can frame them the way you like.

If something is wrong

If your print arrives damaged or defective, I'll replace it at no cost. Tell me within 30 days of delivery and include a photo of the print and the packaging, and I'll sort it out quickly.

Orders go into production soon after they're placed. If you spot a mistake in your shipping address, contact me right away. Once a print is in production the address can't be changed.

Returns

Because each print is made just for you, I can't take returns for a change of mind or a wrong size. If you're unsure which size to choose, ask first and I'll help you pick.
